Shipping Policy

Shipping charges will be borne by the buyer.
Delivery charges may vary based on the location, weight, and size of the package.
Once an order is placed, the products will be securely packed by the Saincher Jewellers team and dispatched through our delivery partners.
Orders within India are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.
International orders are expected to be delivered within 15–20 business days from the date of order confirmation.

We currently do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and payment has been completed.
We request that customers kindly clarify all queries related to the product before placing the order to ensure complete satisfaction and understanding of the purchase.
Since each order undergoes immediate processing and handling, cancellations after confirmation may not be possible.
